C4DISC is the Coalition for Diversity and Inclusion for Scholarly Communication. Diamond Ireland Press subscribe to the principles laid out by C4DISC by actively seeking out opportunities to drive a culture of accessibility, inclusion and equitable practices across all domains of scholarly communication. 

The Principals of Open Scholarly Infrastructure (POSI) lay out guidelines that, if followed, enhance and make initiatives in the research community more sustainable. 

We are continually striving to fully engage with the principles for indigenous data governance (CARE), which reflects our commitment to ethical and responsible research with the collective benefit as the core of all we do. 

The Helsinki Initiative on Multilingualism in Scholarly Communication highlights the importance of supporting the dissemination of research results that benefit society. It calls for the protection of national infrastructure that publishes locally relevant research and promotes the use of diverse languages, particularly in funding systems. Diamond Ireland Press not only supports these principles but is committed to embodying them in how our infrastructure functions.
